Cassandra Monique Batie, professionally referred to as Andra day, is an American R&B artist and singer. The singer has received various accolades such as the Grammy Award a Children's and Family Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award along with nominations for the Academy Award. Andra Days is a strong performer who writes well. Not only is she a specialist in retro R&B Her musical sources are blues and gospel jazz. With her debut, Cheers to The Autumn (2015) she climbed in to the Top Ten R&B/hip hop charts as well as securing a few Grammy nominations. In 2017 her performance on Marshall's music was recognized by an Academy Award. DJs began playing the track at the radio. After signing in 2015 to Warner Bros. Records she started working on her debut album Cheers to The Fall, featuring Adrian Gurvitz. The album included the track Rise Up that became an anthem to social justice movements around the globe. Day won two Grammy nominations for the categories for Best R&B Album for her album. The album was dropped The United States Vs. Billie Holiday in 2019, a concept record about the life and career of jazz legend Billie Holiday. She also starred in The United States vs. Billie Holiday, a film about Holiday. Andi matichak (born on August 25, 1970) is an American actor. She first appeared in the film Halloween as Allyson and was later seen in various television shows, including Orange Is the New Black (Orange Is the New Black), 666 Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue) as well as Blue Bloods and Orange Is the new black. Andi Mattichak was born May 3, 1994 in Framingham Mass.
